the urge is a fashion search and discovery engine. Our platform unites the leading fashion designers and stores from around the world, allowing users to shop millions of fashion products – all in one place. In one quick and easy search, we help you discover everywhere you can find the fashion you love.

WHAT KIND OF STORES & BRANDS ARE ON THE URGE?

the urge partners with the online fashion boutiques and department stores you love like Net-A-Porter, ASOS, Farfetch & Selfridges. As well as on-trend and emerging hard-to-find labels that you’ve always wanted to shop at.

If you click or tap on the ‘Browse’ button, you’ll be able to view all the stores and brands that are on the urge. Alternatively, type the name of the brand or store you’re looking for into the search bar to view the items available. Rest assured, every store on the urge has been personally vetted by the urge team and you can shop with confidence with all of our partner retailers.

WHY IS MY FAVOURITE STORE NOT AVAILABLE?

We are constantly adding more and more stores to the urge each week. If your favourite store or designer is not on the urge, please email [email protected] with the name and link to their website, and we will do our best to add them asap.

HOW DO FILTERS WORK?

There are over ten personalised filters you can use to help steer your search in the right direction. You can filter by ‘Delivery Options’, ‘Returns Policy’, ‘Payment Methods, ‘Sales & Deals’ and more. And best of all, you can also filter by ‘Free Shipping’ and ‘Free Returns’, so you can breathe easier when shopping.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We’re not involved in any transactions or shipping of products, sorry! Once you decide on an item you want to buy, and click or tap the ‘Check Availability’ button, we redirect you to that retailer’s online website where you can securely complete the purchase. The retailer handles your transaction, shipping, returns and any customer service enquires.

CAN I SEARCH FOR ITEMS THAT ONLY SHIP TO ME?

Of course! We auto detect your location and only show you products that can be shipped to Australia.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

All items are stocked by the retailers. Our technology features real-time inventory updates and continually checks our partner stores and retailer websites stock information systematically throughout the day.

However, from time to time, there may be a delay in stock levels being updated & it may not accurately reflect the retailer’s website. If this happens, please note that retailer’s availability is correct. the urge is not liable for any incorrect or invalid information.

WHERE CAN I FIND WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Currently, the only way to check availability in your size is on the retailer’s website you are placing the order with. We are currently working on adding size as a filter and availability in the near future.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Since we do not sell or ship any products directly, we don’t have any information about your purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled by the retailer your order was placed with.

IS MY LOCAL CURRENCY SHOWN?

The currency displayed is determined by your shipping country. For example, if your shipping location is Australia, the currency will be in $AUD.

WHY DOES THE PRICE ON THE URGE NOT MATCH THE RETAILER’S PRICE?

All prices are set by the retailer stocking the item. Our platform continually checks our partner stores and retailer websites every day to ensure we are always showing the most up to date price information.

However, on the rare occasion, there may be a delay in a price being updated & the price you see on the urge may not accurately reflect the price on the retailer’s website.
